Aloo Pyaz Pakora Recipe - Crispy and Tasty Indian Snack
Aloo Pyaz Pakora is a delicious Indian snack made with potatoes, onions, and a variety of spices. These fritters are crispy, flavorful, and easy to make. Perfect for a quick bite or a tea-time snack.
To make crispy and tasty Aloo Pyaz Pakora, first take four potatoes chopped into cube shapes and chopped onion.
Take a bowl and add chopped potato and onion to it.
Add 4 chopped chillies, 1/2 tsp of carom seeds, 1/4 tsp of asafoetida, 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, salt as per taste, and 1 tsp of grated ginger.
Add 1 tsp of lemon juice, chopped coriander, and 1 tbsp of rice flour.
Gradually add 1 cup of gram flour and mix well.
Place a pan on the flame and heat oil for deep frying on medium flame.
Once the oil is hot, take 1 tbsp of hot oil and add it into the pakora mixture, mix well, and add water if required.
Take small portions of the mix and carefully drop them into the hot oil one by one.
Stir with a spoon and fry until golden on medium flame.
Once the pakoras turn golden, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
