Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Murmura Puffed rice
  • ½ cup Wai Wai noodles
  • ½ cup Namkeen roasted peas, chana daal, papad
  • 1 medium boiled potato chopped
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 1 medium tomato finely chopped
  • 1 green chili finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Imly tamarind chutney
  • 2 tbsp Green chutney mint-coriander
  • ¼ cup Aloo bhujiya crispy fried potato snack
  • Fresh coriander dhania for garnish
  • Ekvee Foodwrap for serving

Instructions
 

Prepare the Base:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the Murmura, Wai Wai noodles, and Namkeen to form the crunchy base of your bhel.

Add Fresh Ingredients:

  • Toss in the chopped onions, tomatoes, and boiled potatoes. Adjust the quantities to suit your taste.

Mix in Spices & Sauces:

  • Add the green chilies, tamarind chutney, and mint-coriander chutney. Mix everything well to coat the ingredients with the tangy and spicy flavors.

  • Sprinkle Aloo bhujiya and fresh coriander over the bhel for an extra layer of crunch and freshness. Give the mixture a final toss to evenly distribute the flavors.
