Instructions
In a bowl, mix Thick Curd, Ginger garlic paste, Red chilli powder, Salt, Garam Masala, Turmeric, Geera Powder, and Lemon Juice to make a paste.
Add Paneer Cubes to the paste and marinate for 15 minutes.
In another bowl, prepare the saucy mixture by combining Plain Mayo, Tandoori Mayo, Schezwan Chutney, and Tomato Ketchup. Mix well.
Cook the marinated paneer cubes until they are cooked through and slightly thickened.
Add sliced Onion, Capsicum, and Tomato to the cooked paneer mixture and cook for an additional 1 minute.
Slice the Burger Buns horizontally and spread the saucy mixture evenly on each half.
Place a layer of tandoori paneer mixture on the bottom half of each bun, followed by a Cheese Slice, and another layer of saucy mixture.
Place the buns on Ekvee food wrap or greaseproof sheets.
Using a toothpick, make holes in the top half of each bun and spread Coriander Butter on it.
Air fry the assembled Tandoori Cheese Sliders until the buns are crispy and the cheese is melted.
Serve hot and enjoy the burst of flavors!
