Instructions

Prepare the Filling:

  • In a bowl, mix cheese, chopped capsicum, boiled corn, salt, black pepper, oregano, and chilli flakes.

Make the Garlic Butter Paste:

  • Heat some oil in a pan.
  • Add garlic, oregano, green chilli, coriander leaves, chilli flakes, and butter.

Assemble the Roti:
