Ingredients

  • ½ cup grated sweet corn
  • 1 cup grated boiled potato
  • ½ cup grated processed cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp chopped green chilli
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • ¾ cup bread crumbs
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine grated sweet corn, boiled potatoes, processed cheese, chopped coriander, green chilli, chaat masala, Kashmiri red chilli powder, chilli flakes, salt, and bread crumbs.
  • Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined and form a smooth mixture.
