Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer cut into long sticks
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • ½ tsp Chaat masala
  • 4 Papads, any variety
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Prepare the Spice Mix:

  • In a small bowl, mix coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, chilli powder, and chaat masala. Combine well to form a flavorful masala mix.

Coat the Paneer Sticks:

  • Evenly coat each paneer stick with the prepared masala mix, ensuring all sides are covered.

Wrap with Papad:

  • Briefly dip each papad in water to soften it.
  • Gently wrap each masala-coated paneer stick with the softened papad. Ensure it is tightly wrapped to secure the paneer inside.

Fry the Paneer Papad Sticks:

  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  • Carefully place the wrapped paneer sticks into the hot oil and fry until the papad turns golden and crispy.

Drain Excess Oil with Ekvee Foodwrap:

  • Remove the fried paneer sticks from the oil and place them on an Ekvee Foodwrap butter paper. This absorbs excess oil, keeping the sticks light and crunchy.

Serve:

  • Serve your Crispy Masala Paneer Papad Sticks hot with a tangy dip or refreshing green chutney.
