Ingredients
For Marinate:
- 8 pieces Paneer Cubes Cottage Cheese
- ¼ tsp Red Chili Powder
- ¼ tsp Oregano
- A pinch of Black Pepper Powder
- Salt to taste
- ¼ tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- ¼ tsp Butter / Clarified Butter Ghee
For Stuffing:
- Pizza Sauce
- Eggless Mayonnaise
- Mozzarella Cheese or Processed Cheese
- Green Capsicum cut into cubes
- Red Capsicum cut into cubes
- Onion Capsicum cut into cubes
- Oregano
- Black Pepper Powder
- Chili Flakes
- 2 Burger Buns cut in half
- Butter for roasting
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the marinating ingredients. Add in the paneer cubes, mix well, and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat a pan and add butter to it. Sprinkle some oregano and place the burger bun halves on it.
- Cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes. Flip them over.
- Apply pizza sauce on the bottom side of one bun half and eggless mayonnaise on the other bun half.
- Spread a generous amount of cheese on both the bun halves. Sprinkle some oregano, black pepper, and chili flakes on top.
- Arrange the marinated paneer and vegetables on one half and top with more cheese.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook on a low flame for 4-5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
- After 5 minutes, place the top bun half onto the other and press gently to stick.
