Ingredients

For the Filling:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2-3 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1 green chili sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 capsicum sliced
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • 150 g paneer cubed
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup

For the Wrap:

  • 1 roti or wrap
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise & 1 tbsp ketchup mixed
  • Sliced onion and tomato
