Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • Chopped Green Chillies 1
  • Onion 1/4 Cup
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to Taste
  • Shredded Paneer 1 Cup
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • Bread
  • Water
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. In the pan, add ghee 1 tsp and add green Chillies. Saute for 30 seconds.
  2. Add onion, cook till translucent. Add Turmeric, Black Pepper Powder, Salt to Taste, Cook for Two Minutes.
  3. Add shredded Paneer and coriander leaves. Mix well & cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Take bread. Cut the brown part/edges, flatten it. Apply a little water to the edges.
  5. Add Paneer Bhurji Filling, roll it, and apply more water to the edges.
  6. Apply ghee to the pan. Cook from both sides until brown and crispy.
  7. Enjoy with Mint Coriander Chutney
