Ingredients

  • 1 cup makhana fox nuts
  • ½ cup sooji semolina
  • ½ cup soaked poha, flattened rice
  • ½ cup curd
  • Water as required
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp Eno fruit salt
  • Chopped vegetables: carrots, capsicum, onion, etc.
  • Oil for cooking
  • Chilli flakes & oregano for garnish

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Batter

  • Take makhana, sooji, and soaked poha in a bowl.
  • Add curd and water, then blend the mixture to form a smooth batter.
  • Add salt and Eno, mix well, and let the batter rest for a few minutes to become light and fluffy.

Step 2: Cook the Pancakes

  • Heat a pan and lightly grease it with oil.
