Ingredients
- 4 tbsp ghee (60 gm) OR soft salted butter
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar (30 gm)
- 9 tbsp all-purpose flour (80 gm)
- Pinch of salt, only if using ghee
- Flavorings of your choice: chocolate chips, chopped nuts, dried fruit, roasted cumin seeds, etc.
Instructions
- Creaming: In a mixing bowl, cream together the ghee (or butter) and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the all-purpose flour to the creamed mixture, mixing well until a soft dough forms.
- Flavor Time! Choose your flavorings — chocolate chips, chopped nuts, dried fruits, or roasted cumin seeds for a savory twist.
- Chilling Out: Flatten the dough slightly and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours.
- Preheat Party: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
