Instructions
- Thoroughly scrub and dry the potatoes. Fill two large bowls with cold water. Using a peeler, peel the potatoes in long strips, placing the peels in one bowl of water and the peeled potatoes in the other.
- Drain the peels and pat dry with two kitchen towels.
