  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.

2. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain products, such as personalized or perishable items, are not eligible for refunds. Additionally, digital downloads and gift cards cannot be refunded.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

6. Refund Methods:

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow 4 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

7. Partial Refunds:

8. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

10. Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the refund process and place a new order for the desired item.
