- Potatoes – 4
- Chopped Onion – 3
- Chopped Chillies – 4
- Carom Seeds/Ajwain – 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp

- Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice – 1 tsp

- Rice Flour – 1 tbsp
- Gram Flour/Besan – 1 cup
- Hot Oil – 1 tbsp
- Oil for deep fry
Instructions
- To make crispy and tasty Aloo Pyaz Pakora, first take four potatoes chopped into cube shapes and chopped onion.
- Take a bowl and add chopped potato and onion to it.
- Add 4 chopped chillies, 1/2 tsp of carom seeds, 1/4 tsp of asafoetida, 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, salt as per taste, and 1 tsp of grated ginger.
- Add 1 tsp of lemon juice, chopped coriander, and 1 tbsp of rice flour.
- Gradually add 1 cup of gram flour and mix well.
- Place a pan on the flame and heat oil for deep frying on medium flame.
- Once the oil is hot, take 1 tbsp of hot oil and add it into the pakora mixture, mix well, and add water if required.
- Take small portions of the mix and carefully drop them into the hot oil one by one.
- Stir with a spoon and fry until golden on medium flame.
- Once the pakoras turn golden, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
