Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- Chopped Green Chillies 1
- Onion 1/4 Cup
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt to Taste
- Shredded Paneer 1 Cup
- Chopped Coriander Leaves
- Chopped Coriander Leaves

- Water
- Butter
Instructions
- In the pan add ghee 1 tsp and add green Chillies. Saute for 30 seconds.
- Add onion, cook till translucent. Add Turmeric, Black Pepper Powder, Salt to Taste, Cook for Two Minutes.
- Add shredded Paneer and coriander leaves. Mix well & cook for 2 minutes.
- Take bread. Cut the brown part/edges, flatten it. Apply little water on the edges.
- Add Paneer Bhurji Filling, roll it and by applying more water in the edges.
- Apply ghee on the pan. Cook from both sides until brown and crispy.
- Enjoy with Mint Coriander Chutney
