Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • Chopped Green Chillies 1
  • Onion 1/4 Cup
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to Taste
  • Shredded Paneer 1 Cup
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • Bread
  • Water
  • Butter

Instructions
 

  • In the pan add ghee 1 tsp and add green Chillies. Saute for 30 seconds.
  • Add onion, cook till translucent. Add Turmeric, Black Pepper Powder, Salt to Taste, Cook for Two Minutes.
  • Add shredded Paneer and coriander leaves. Mix well & cook for 2 minutes.
  • Take bread. Cut the brown part/edges, flatten it. Apply little water on the edges.
  • Add Paneer Bhurji Filling, roll it and by applying more water in the edges.
  • Apply ghee on the pan. Cook from both sides until brown and crispy.
  • Enjoy with Mint Coriander Chutney
